Why is an inlet filter necessary for regenerative blowers?
Regenerative blowers have extremely tight internal clearances. The MF Series Inlet Filter is crucial to prevent dust, particles, and factory debris from entering the pump housing. Without it, debris can damage the fast-spinning impeller, reducing efficiency or causing catastrophic motor failure.
How do I split airflow from one blower to multiple air knives?
To power multiple air knives from a single SC blower, you should use our aerodynamically designed Y-Branch Connectors. Unlike standard T-joints, Y-joints maintain laminar airflow and minimize pressure drops, ensuring that all connected air knives receive equal and powerful air velocity.
What type of hose is required for hot air generators?
Standard PVC or PU hoses will melt when exposed to the 350°C heat produced by our HAM series generators. You must use our High-Temperature Silicone Hose, which is specifically reinforced to safely transport extreme-temperature hot air to your drying ovens or thermal air knives without degrading.
