How CHANGESO Air Knives Work

CHANGESO industrial air knives utilize the Coanda effect to entrain ambient air. High-pressure air from a centrifugal blower enters the proprietary “tear-drop” plenum and accelerates through a precise 1.0mm gap.

Choose the SC-AL series for general drying, blowing, and cooling tasks (e.g., bottling lines). Choose the SC-SS series for food-grade, pharmaceutical, high-temperature (up to 400°C), or highly corrosive environments where FDA hygiene standards are required.

Should I use compressed air or a centrifugal blower?

We highly recommend using high-speed centrifugal blowers. While compressed air can be used for very short lengths, blower-driven systems consume 50% to 75% less energy and provide a much higher volume of continuous air for effective drying.
